How to raise a service complaint with MME Networks and, where appropriate, use ISPA’s complaints process.
Send the complaint, account or service details, relevant dates and the outcome requested to support@mmen.co.za. MME Networks will investigate and make reasonable efforts to resolve the complaint.
If a complaint relating to the ISPA Code of Conduct remains unresolved, customers may use ISPA’s official complaints process. Review the current procedure and eligibility requirements on ISPA’s website.
